Ventipix Asset & Inventory Manager: Asset Inventory Tracker is an Android app that works in conjunction with the Ventipix Asset & Inventory Manager web app. The app enables you to track and manage assets and inventory online, and uses the Android app for scanning barcodes, including QR Codes, and tapping NFC Tags. This application can be used in schools, small businesses, charities, churches, warehouses, labs, health care, construction, libraries, rental services, etc.
The app captures GPS/geo-coordinates of the scan/tap and sends it with the rest of the data. It can also customize the questions to ask after a scan/tap has been performed, upload photos of the asset/inventory, and work offline while allowing data to be synced when an internet connection is available. Additionally, it can work like an external scanner when paired with a computer running the web app and can send scanned barcode or NFC data to the web spreadsheet, Google Sheets, or Excel Online. The app can scan multiple barcodes in one data capture session, view historical activities and data, and integrates with Zapier enabling you to automate further tasks.
